Bev Rosé – 94 Points

Updated: Jun 22, 2021

Yes SHE CAN. You know why I love this rosé and company so much? Not only does this rose have zero sugar, it’s made by chicks (no not the cute little chirpy animal) but a female. As I was researching the brand, I came across Bev founder, Alix Peabody’s inspiring story on taking out her 401k savings to start a wine brand in efforts to raise money fast to pay her medical bills. That’s a boss Bee. See below for my tasting notes:

  1. Alcohol percentage: 11.9%

  2. Appellation: California

  3. Appearance: pale intensity, pink in color.

  4. Nose: floral and strawberry/raspberry on the nose.

  5. Sweetness: dry (love this)

  6. Flavors: fizzy (holds for awhile), berry flavors, and a white peach finish. She crisp, light and refreshing.

  7. Conclusion: very good wine

  8. Price: $6/a can but you can only buy it in pack of 4.

Conclusion: this might be my new go-to rose, because it’s so refreshing and I love how it has zero sugar. I would definitely start a party with this can, and then move on to another beverage or keep it going… who knows but, I’m HERE FOR IT. Purchase at your local Bevmo! or online.

Wine Rating: 94 points

*Any wines rated 90 points or more, I recommend. Wines rated 89 points or below means it’s an acceptable wine, but I wouldn’t spend your money on it.*
