Charles Heidsieck Champagne Brut Rose Reserve – 97 Points

Updated: Jun 22, 2021

How Champagne gets its sparkle? Short answer: from the carbon dioxide gas (co2) created in secondary fermentation. Charles Heidsieck Champagne is seriously one of my new faves!

See below for the tasting notes:

  1. Appellation: Champagne, France

  2. Nose: Strawberry jam, and velvety notes of gingerbread.

  3. Sweetness: dry

  4. Flavors: strawberry, raspberry, and blackberry with the sweetness of whipped cream.

  5. Conclusion: very good wine

  6. Price: $75 average

Conclusion: if you want a wine to sip on full of flavor, love, and deliciousness try this one out! You won’t regret it for any occasion.

Wine Rating: 97 Points

*Any wines rated 90 points or more, I recommend. Wines rated 89 points or below means it’s an acceptable wine, but I wouldn’t spend your money on it.*
