Charter Oak is a restaurant by Chef Christopher Kostow of the Michelin three-starred The Restaurant at Meadowood. Their menu is simple yet refreshing with local products from their 3.5 acre farm located only half a mile from the restaurant. You definitely want to add to your list when visiting the Napa Valley.
