Alas, the final winery we visited in Paso Robles: Law Estates Wines. You know what they say about "saving the best for last!" First of all, we loved each winery we visited in Paso for their unique offerings, and something about Law Estate really just blew us away.

About the Winery

Law Estate Wines specializes in Rhone and Priorat style wines. As their website puts it, "our mantra was to find a vineyard site that could produce ultra-premium, limited production, Rhone and Priorat style wines that would be a true expression of the site."

The Experience

You guys this experience only costs you $40. I repeat only $40 to taste (4) delicious Rhone and Priorat style wines and where all their wines cost the same about $78 a bottle. Their wines are planted in high density, small-lot blocks. Extreme slopes, limestone soils and sustainable farming are just a few reasons why these wines taste so delicious.

We tasted inside their modern and inviting tasting room with 360 views overlooking their vineyards. All of the wines are big style formats and have an elegant acidity to them from the limestone soil influence. My favorite wine was the 2018 Aspire (84% Syrah, 16% Grenache) with its elegant notes of blackberry, leather, fresh herbs and vanilla. YUM!
