When you go to Mexico for the day and for the wine… 🇲🇽➡️🍷 Valle de Guadalupe is a wine region typically known for their Tempranillo, Grenache, and Merlot. It is about 45 minutes from the US border. It has a really cool laid-back atmosphere you just want to keep coming back for more. _______________ Let me introduce you to our first stop in Valle de Guadalupe. 📍@lomitamx winery! At Lomita, I tasted the Sauvignon Blanc, Rose, Grenache (my fav) and a Cab/Merlot blend. We had our tasting on the terrace overlooking the 360 views of the mountains. (Wait for the reel to get a glimpse) As I was taking in the moment these senses really appealed to me: 1️⃣ the scent of the country animals in the brisk wind on the open terrace🌬2️⃣ the distinct taste of each wine which in my opinion was not as medium-heavy bodied like traditional napa wines and 3️⃣ the endless amount of pictures @mawiiaa and I took 😂
